All QDM training sessions are custom designed to meet the specific training needs of each client. Our training curriculum includes:

Coaching is a powerful method for supporting desired changes at all levels of an organization. QDM's signature style coaching:
- Builds from a system of inquiry that allows individuals and teams to discover their best and then works from a position of the customer's strengths, not their weaknesses.
- Focuses on asking the right questions that the client may not have explored yet that moves them forward quickly, as opposed to always providing the answers
- Increases the customer's problem solving skills,
- Provides structure, support and feedback, staying with the customer to help develop and implement new skills and to support follow through.
