Family of Surveys
QDM has developed a family of surveys specifically designed to measure the "goodness" of care from the patient's perspective. QDM also measures the quality and safety of care, and service excellence from the employee, physician, and community perspective, exploring the relationship between caregiver, community, and patient. The following is a list of the QDM family of surveys:

Hospital Care Satisfaction (HCS) Survey - for use in measuring inpatient care satisfaction |

Ambulatory Care Satisfaction (ACS) Survey - for use in measuring outpatient services such as endoscopy, ambulatory surgery and physician office visit satisfaction |

Ancillary Tests Satisfaction Survey (ANCIL) - for use in measuring patients' satisfaction with ancillary care services, like imaging, diagnostic testing, and physical/occupational/speech therapy |

Employee Viewpoint Survey - for use in measuring employees' satisfaction with their work environment |

Community Satisfaction Survey (CSS) - for use in comparing patient satisfaction trends in communities that are served by multiple health care providers.
